About The Founder

Charonda Boswell BSN, RN

I'm Charonda, the Founder of Regal Wellness and Glamour. As a licensed Registered Nurse with more than 12 years of experience, I have a deep passion for wellness and self-care. I have a background in both a level one trauma emergency department and a post-operative recovery care unit.  I have expanded my expertise into the world of aesthetics. 

Through specialized training, I offer a range of aesthetic treatments to help clients look and feel their best. My diverse experience critical care and surgical recovery uniquely positions me to provide safe and effective aesthetic services with a focus on overall well-being.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to  a charge  of $100.00. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Lipodissolve/Mesotherapy  is a non-surgical procedure that reduces fat deposits by injecting Phosphatidylcholine deoxycholic acid  (PCDC), a natural substance in the body that helps breakdown fat cells. It can be used for reduction of localized fat of under the chin, arms, abdomen, back, and thighs. More than one treatment is required. The treatment requires many small, subcutaneous injections around the area to be treated. Before the administration, numbing cream is used.

Botox/Xeomin are neurotoxins that temporarily paralyze the muscle to prevent movement and static lines (lines that remain on the face when a persons face is at rest) from forming &/or soften them. Neurotoxins can also be used to address excessive sweating.

Dermal fillers consists of Hyaluronic Acid found in the body and is a gel-like substance that helps with volume loss for lines/wrinkles for areas around the mouth/nose and used to fill lips as well. 

Some aesthetic professionals use a combination of neurotoxins & dermal fillers to address patient concerns. 

IV (intravenous) therapy infuses vitamins directly into the blood stream. It can also offer the body some extra hydration.
